Wayne is Leicestershire’s most successful distance running coach and has been at the forefront of regional coaching for many years.
He’s coached at International Level, Cross-country, Track, Road, Duathlon, Trail and Mountain Running.
He has developed and coached countless National Team champions over the years.
His management success is unlikely to be surpassed having won 6 North Midlands league titles & 24 consecutive County Senior Titles.
He is also one of the most experienced altitude training coaches in the UK, having spent 12 months in Morocco, France and Spain.
Wayne supports 9 qualified Coaches all very experienced and award winning runners themselves.
We also have a number of Sports Scientists and Therapists within our ranks who bring their own measure of expertise.
Owls coaching has been at the cutting edge of Middle & Long Distance development for many years within the County.
We are currently training some of the top young athletes in the County.
